The Ecor Pro DH800 DryBoat is a stainless steel desiccant dehumidifier with an extraction capacity of 8 litres per day. It is specifically designed to be left running continuously and does not have a water tank that needs emptying. Instead, this dehumidifier contains an efficient axial fan and wet air exhaust with a push fitting that can be easily attached to ducting to vent out the moisture. The DH800 INOX is a compact dehumidifier and is one of the smallest 8 litre units on the market. It is also an extremely efficient and practical unit. Desiccant dehumidifiers draw in moist air and pass it through an absorbent mesh on a rotary wheel. The wheel turns and absorbs the moisture from the air before a fan expels the dried air back out into the space. Desiccant dehumidifiers work well in lower temperature environments and during colder weather. They can be beneficial as traditional refrigerant dehumidifiers might struggle to perform in these conditions.

The DH800 is perfect for regulating humidity levels in cabins and other compartments to prevent the effects of damp, mould, and bacteria that can lead to wear and damage. It is also ideal for drying sails, ropes, equipment, and clothes quickly after they have been drenched in harmful saltwater. This high quality INOX dehumidifier offers a level of resistance to corrosion caused by salt and chemicals that other dehumidifiers cannot match. The 220v 50Hz supply can be run off a 12v DC-220v AC converter or 110v to 220v transformers.

The Ecor Pro DryBoat 8 has a compact design, with a stainless steel construction inside and out. All of the components are heat treated to ensure performance and longevity in demanding environments. Any necessary maintenance and repairs are possible, with access made easy by the removable cover. Use in any space is easy as the DryBoat 8 can be used as a free standing unit that can be placed anywhere. The dehumidifier can be placed on the ground, under seats, or in cupboards and taken home at the end of the day. It is a lightweight machine with a sturdy carry handle than can be carried easily by one person. The handle can be removed and replaced with a flat top lid if necessary. This dehumidifier can also be installed anywhere, as the 4 anti-scratch plastic feet that swivel out to act as anchor points. It can be fixed at any angle, in awkward, confined spaces such as utility cupboards, crawl spaces, etc.

Effective & Efficient Drying System

1 single inlet & 2 separate outlets

This efficient dehumidifier uses a multidirectional system with 1 inlet and 2 outlets for greater efficiency. One outlet expels just the dry air and the second outlet vents the wet air out of the space. This wet air exhaust vents out the moisture in any direction, including upwards, so the unit can be used in any part of a boat, plus in basements and lower ground levels of shipyard buildings. By extracting the moisture completely, the dehumidifier can work in colder conditions. The inlet draws in the moist air in through the front of the dehumidifier. The inlet features an integrated flange which is designed to attach to optional flexible ducting. The ducting enhances the versatility of the unit because it can draw in air from any space, including rooms that are separate from where the dehumidifier is located. The inlet air can be ducted in using 125mm ducting and wet air exhaust can be ducted using 45mm ducting.
