Optional 20m & 30m Umbilical Lines Available: The two units are connected via umbilical cord, which comprises of a flow return pipe, condensate pipe and a power cable within a protective plastic tube, to supply the fan on the outside unit. Built-in Digital Thermostat: Switches the unit on or off according to the desired environmental settings.
Sturdy Steel Frame: Made of sturdy galvanized steel, the Avalanche is painted with epoxy powder to ensure high resistance to atmospheric agents and aggressive environments. The panels are removable to allow quick inspection and maintenance of internal parts.
Hot Gas Defrost: Enables the unit to be used in environments with temperature up to 10°C and helps accelerate the defrosting of any ice that forms on the evaporator.
Washable Air Filter: Supplied as standard, the polyurethane air filter is washable and easily replaced.
Microprocessor: Controls the defrosting cycles, compressor timer, temperature and alarm. Plus, the unit is equipped with step sequence control.

The Fral Avalanche FACSW22 Water Split Portable Air Conditioner is a powerful 6.7kW portable water-cooled air-conditioning unit capable of cooling spaces up to 55m2 with a maximum airflow of 1,500m3h. Ideal for computer suites, offices, hospitals, portable buildings or hospitality, the Fral Avalanche FACSW22 portable air conditioner delivers its impressive cooling power off a standard 13amp supply.
The Avalanche FACSW22 comes with an external unit, which can be positioned up to 30m away from the main unit thanks to glycol fast connecting umbilical lines. 20m & 30m umbilical lines are available as optional accessories.
Designed with a self-contained chilled water system, this water split portable air conditioner circulates water through a cooled condenser. Heat is absorbed before being pumped to the outdoor unit where it is cooled and then recirculated back inside.
The Fral Avalanche FACSW22 also boasts a built-in thermostat that regulates the indoor air temperature to the set level required and can operate down to a temperature of 10°C, while a hot gas system helps accelerate the defrosting of any ice that forms on the evaporator.
