Dust Control Door: A quick & easy to erect kit for sealing off doorways and openings on site. Comes with door base element + 2 x PVC foil incl. velcro fastener + transport bag. Features two openings with caps, to allow ducting to be inserted, for the extraction of dust and fumes. Suitable for door widths of 680mm - 830mm. It can also be used on door widths of up to 1430mm, using optional adaptors to extend the width of the kit.
PowerFilter 1400 Air Cleaner: A compact, robust and portable 230v air cleaner. Features a tough aluminium housing and 1,010 m³/h max airflow. Offers two-stage filtration using a pre-filter and main filter. Can be used with a range of filters to extract coarse and fine dust, as well as pollutants such as mould spores, pollen, smoke and more.
G4 "Coarse Dust" Pre-Filter: Filters coarse dust particles up to 3 µm. Comes included with the system.
F9 M-Class "Fine Dust" Main Filter: Filters fine dusts and particles up to 1 µm. Comes included with the system.
Ducting Hose Adapter: Fixes on to the air intake on the PV 1400 and allows ducting to be attached to the unit.
7.6m Ducting: Fixes on to the air cleaner via the ducting hose adapter and is inserted through one of the openings on the dust control door. Allows dust and pollutants to be extracted safely from the space.
Accessories Available: The dust control door is suitable for door widths from 680mm to 830mm. It can also be used on door widths of up to 1430mm, using optional adaptors to extend the width of the kit. Other filters are also available for the air cleaner, such as a HEPA H14 H-Class main filter, suitable for filtering certain biological working materials, such as mould spores and other harmful substances, as well as an activated carbon filter, which binds odour molecules, such as mouldy odour, tobacco smoke, heating oil odour, solvent vapours or ozone.

The system is designed to be erected quickly and easily around doorways and wall openings on site. It creates negative pressure in rooms to prevent dust from spreading around and allows coarse and fine dust, as well as pollutants such as mould spores, allergens and smoke, to be safely extracted. This dust control system helps to reduce mess and improve safety.
The HEYLO PowerFilter 1400 is an industrial air cleaner, offering two-stage filtration, to remove hazardous particles in the air, such as coarse and fine dust, as well as mould spores, pollen, animal hairs, smoke and more. The pre-filter filters out coarse dust up to 3 µm and the main filter filters out fine dust and airborne particles up to 1 µm. It offers a maximum airflow of 1,010 m³/h and the compact size and robust design of the HEYLO PowerFilter 1400 make it easy to transport and put into position on site. The ducting hose adapter included in this system can be fixed on to the air intake, allowing flexible ducting can be fixed on to the machine. The 7.6m (205mm dia) flexible ducting included in the dust control system can be fixed on to this hose adapter, so that the machine can be used to extract dirty air from the work area through the dust control door.
A G4 "course dust" pre-filter comes included with the system, to filter out coarse dust particles up to 3 µm. An F9 M-Class "fine dust" main filter is also included with the system, to filter out fine dust particles up to 1 µm. A HEPA H14 H-Class main filter is available as an optional accessory, suitable for filtering certain biological working materials, such as mould spores and other harmful substances. An activated carbon filter is also optionally available, which binds odour molecules, such as mouldy odour, tobacco smoke, heating oil odour, solvent vapours or ozone.
The dust control door kit includes the door base element, 2 x PVC foil, Velcro fastener and a transport bag. The door features two integrated openings with closing caps that allow for up to 2 x 205mm air hoses to be inserted. This allows the ducting from the PV 1400 air cleaner to be inserted, to create negative pressure and extract dust and pollutants from the space.
