Our Thermobile industrial drying package is ideal for a whole range of drying applications. It is suitable for the building industry, water damage restoration, horticulture, agriculture, general climate control and more. The package includes a Thermobile ProDry TD45 Dehumidifier, a Thermobile ES Electric Heater, and an 18” Pro Elec Floor Fan. Used together, the dehumidifier will remove moisture from the ambient air and reduce the vapour pressure, creating an environment that promotes further evaporation. The heater makes the air in the space warmer, and warm air can hold more moisture than cold air. The fan keeps the air moving, breaking the surface tension and circulating vapour, so the dehumidifier can collect it.
The Thermobile ProDry TD45 dehumidifier can remove up to 44 litres of moisture from within a room in just 24 hours. It has an internal hygrostat which can be set between 50% - 90% relative humidity so that it will shut down and restart automatically. This industrial dehumidifier has an airflow rate of 700m³/h and operating temperature range of 3℃ - 32℃. The Thermobile ProDry TD45 has an integrated water tank with an 8.3 litre capacity. The unit shuts down automatically when the tank is full to prevent it from leaking and overflowing. If you need to run the dehumidifier for long periods, you can attach a hose to the condensation outlet and gravity feed the water to a drain.
The Thermobile ProDry TD45 dehumidifier has a compact design and high build quality. It can handle the challenging demands of industrial environments. The solid metal panel design means that the unit is tough, easy to transport, and easy to maintain. The large wheels and heavy-duty handle allow you to move the dehumidifier between sites so that you can use it to dry different locations. It has a maximum airflow rate of 400m3/h, a fixed outlet temperature of 30-60°C, and a built in thermostat for user control. This electric fan heater produces clean, warm, odourless, fume-free air, and is safe to use in enclosed spaces and insulated rooms. It is a robust heater, with stainless steel elements, a frame for easy carry and easy access for cleaning.
The Pro-Elec 18" Floor Fan has a powerful motor and 45cm blades for an excellent airflow of up to 5,200m³. It is a high velocity fan that circulates air around a space effectively. There are 3 fan speeds so that you can alter the air throw according to your needs and you can also adjust the angle of the fan through 130°. This fan is lightweight and easy to move around on site. It has a sturdy frame and durable metal construction so that it can withstand regular use.
