100% Clean Warm Air: Air is drawn into the heater from the rear by an internal fan. The air is heated as it passes over a heat exchanger. The combustion by-products remain within the heat exchanger and are exhausted out of the top of the unit, and only clean, fume-free warm air is blown out of the front of the heater.
Ducting Connection: Lengths of ducting can be attached to this heater, in order to direct the clean warm air into the space that you need to heat. This makes it ideal for heating enclosed areas safely, such as marquees and tents, workshops, warehouses, areas on construction sites and much more.
Flue Gas Exhaust: Combustion by-products are exhausted out of the top of the heater. Sections of flue pipe are available separately, allowing you to safely vent exhaust fumes away from the space.
240v or Dual Voltage: The dual voltage model allows you to select the appropriate power supply for the space that you need to heat. For example, the heater could be switched to 110v for use on construction sites.

Overheat Thermostat: Shuts down the heater automatically if it overheats, to prevent accidents.

No complaints - does what it says on the tin!
The service was good when I called up to ask about the Master BV170 heater. They answered all my questions and they seemed to know what they were talking about. It was a bit annoying that the exhausts and ducts for my old heater aren't compatible with this one so I had to buy new ones, but hopefully I will get the use out of it to make it worth it.
I purchased the Master BV170E (240v version) as one of our site heaters needed to be updated. It was easy to order and the delivery arrived within a couple of days. I would recommend.
