This innovative 'P' model features a built-in PIR sensor that automatically switches the lamps on only when people are present, making sure that energy is not wasted when the area is unoccupied. This intelligent system helps to reduce energy consumption and costs, making it an ideal choice for businesses and organisations looking to improve their energy efficiency and minimise their environmental impact.
In addition to the PIR sensor, the Infresco-P 4kW is equipped with a temperature sensor that monitors the outside temperature. When the ambient temperature exceeds a predetermined set point, which can be adjusted between 1°C and 60°C, the lamps are automatically inhibited to prevent unnecessary energy consumption. This feature ensures that the lamps are only in use when they are needed, further optimising energy usage and reducing costs.
The microcontroller-based system incorporates zero-voltage switching and a soft-start function, which eliminates the lamps' initial high inrush current.
