Industrial Air Conditioners and Commercial Air Conditioning
Our wide selection of industrial air conditioners and commercial air conditioning units are available for large or otherwise demanding cooling tasks. With portable, free standing and wall mounted units available.

Industrial Air Conditioners For Robust Applications
Choosing the right industrial air conditioner helps to maintain a comfortable temperature in a demanding environment. At National Heater Shops, we provide durable, efficient and robust units that are engineered to meet rigorous demands.
Large air conditioning units are perfect for a variety of different settings and applications, such as, but not limited to, manufacturing plants, data centres, warehouses, large-scale facilities, retail spaces or restaurants and bars. These industrial and commercial air conditioning units are capable of processing a larger amount of cold air and delivering it quickly into the environment in contrast to some smaller units, which are better used in small individual rooms or properties.
Commercial Air Conditioning Built For Performance
Unlike standard systems, industrial air conditioners are built to perform in harsh and high-load environments. They offer high cooling capacity for large or particularly heat-intensive spaces and feature robust construction for continuous operation.
Many of our industrial aircon units, such as the Broughton MCe4.0 Portable Monobloc Air Conditioner 230v/110v come equipped with digital thermostats, allowing for energy efficient cooling. Built-in thermostats help to reduce operational costs by allowing the unit to automatically shut down to help maintain a stable, yet comfortable temperature. Precise temperature control is ideal for more challenging environments as certain equipment or stored items may require specific temperature ranges to be operated or stored safely.
High Capacity Air Conditioning Systems With High Quality Builds
At National Heater Shops, we have air conditioning options from reliable brands such as Trotec, Broughton and Ebac. These units are tried and tested for high capacity air conditioning jobs, and are suitable for a variety of different locations.
We have options for wall mounted air conditioning units, portable aircon units and standing units available for purchase.
Wall Mounted Industrial Air Conditioning Units
Wall mounted industrial aircon, such as the Powrmatic Vision 3.6 DW H2O Air Conditioner are units that are permanently attached to a wall and connected to a cold water supply and drain. Some wall mounted units also require an outdoor condenser which entails more in depth installation.
Portable Air Conditioning Units
We also have a variety of portable air conditioning units, such as the Broughton MCe6.0 Portable Monobloc Air Conditioner 230v/110v, which allow for easy setup and fast climate control. These units are easily relocated due to a set of wheels that are installed underneath the system. These units are often only limited by their need to be ducted, which is usually done so through either a window or door.
Choosing The Right Industrial Air Conditioner
Several factors should be considered when choosing the correct air conditioning units.
Size and layout of the facility / area
Required temperature
Budget and energy efficiency goals
Ventilation

Industrial Air Conditioning FAQs
What size industrial air conditioner do I need?
The size an air conditioner unit needs is dependent on the area's square footage, ventilation, insulation and equipment. Both fixed and portable units have some limitations for where they are installed, either due to condenser units or ducting.
How often should an industrial air conditioner be serviced?
To keep your industrial air conditioner running smoothly, it should be serviced every 12 months.
What are the differences between commercial air conditioning units and industrial air conditioners?
Whilst both units are designed for heavy workloads, industrial air conditioners are typically more robust and have the ability to operate in extreme conditions or continuously.
